You have been on the tools since seven. The quotes, the invoices, the follow-ups that nobody chased, all of it waits until the house is quiet. Usually the software you already pay for could be doing most of it. We map how work actually moves through your office, then show you the handful of fixes worth doing first, and what they are likely worth.

The sync doubles things up, so somebody checks Xero against the job every week.
An enquiry comes in by email, becomes a job, and then the emails stay in the inbox while somebody copies them across by hand.
Site reports arrive late, or not at all, and the invoice goes out without them.
The person doing the office work is drowning, and you are not sure whether to hire someone or fix something.
You have wondered whether the answer is to switch software, and you are not looking forward to it.
None of that is unusual. Most of it comes from software that was set up once, during onboarding, and never revisited while the business changed around it.
Trade and service businesses that run on jobs. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC and refrigeration, solar installers, pest control, cleaning including carpet and window, pool care, locksmiths, landscaping and lawn care, painters, glaziers, handymen and property maintenance.
The filter is not the trade. It is how the business runs: work flows from enquiry to quote to schedule to invoice, you have people in the field, and somebody is holding the office together.
Three to twenty staff, and someone doing the office work.
If you are a sole trader with a ute and a phone, you do not need us. A cheap app and a text-back service will serve you better, and cost a fraction of what we would. We would rather say that here than on a call.
There is no shortage of people who will sell you a fixed-price automation build, live in a week. The building is not the hard part.
The hard part is choosing what to build. That usually happens in a twenty-minute call, based on whatever annoyed the owner most that week, which is rarely the same as whatever is costing the most.
Automate the wrong step and the bad process just runs faster.
So we look first, and we charge for looking, because it is the actual work.
Twenty minutes. What eats the week, and whether we can help. If a review is not worth your money we will say so here, not after you have paid for one.
We map how work moves from enquiry to invoice and write down what to fix, in what order, and what is not worth touching. If you go ahead with the build, the $990 comes off the price.
Built around ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus or whatever you already run, with Xero. Most first projects land between $2,500 and $10,000, fixed price before anything starts.
Not compulsory. Nothing switches off if we part ways.
We will not push you to replace your software. If ServiceM8 or Tradify is set up badly, fixing the setup is usually cheaper than anything we would build. If it genuinely is not up to the job, the review will say so, with reasons.
We will not build something that is not worth it. Sometimes the honest answer is hire someone part-time, or change the process and buy nothing at all.
Nothing switches off if we part ways. Built in your accounts, in your name, documented so your own people can maintain it.
Most of it happens over video, which suits everyone's calendar. We work with businesses anywhere in Australia, and if you are in Sydney we are happy to come to you.
Tell us what is eating the week. We will come back to you the same business day. Short call, no pitch, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
We'll only use this to reply to you. No lists, no newsletters.
