We help business owners put AI & automation to work, without needing to be technical.

Where is your business losing time, leads and money? Most small businesses aren’t short of effort. They’re short of process. We map how yours actually runs, then show you the handful of fixes worth doing first, and what they’re likely worth.

Australian owned · We reply the same business day

It's rarely dramatic. That's what makes it expensive.

The expensive parts of a business are rarely the obvious ones. It's the small, repetitive things that happen every day - the enquiry that sits too long, the quote that takes an hour, the follow-up that depends on someone remembering. None of it looks catastrophic. Added together, it is.

An enquiry arrives Friday at 4:40pm. Nobody sees it until Monday.

Your team answers the same 20 questions by email every week.

A quote takes 90 minutes to prepare. Half of that is finding the information.

Follow-up happens when someone remembers. Sometimes.

Booking an appointment takes six messages back and forth.

Your past-customer list hasn't been contacted in two years.

If three or more of those landed, there's almost certainly a case worth making.

What this looks like in practice

These examples are from real estate, because it's easy to see the pattern there. The same problems show up in trades, professional services, healthcare and plenty of other businesses.

The appraisal that goes quiet

A homeowner requests an appraisal. The agent calls once, gets voicemail, and moves on. Three months later, the property lists with another agency.

Fixable: A simple follow-up sequence keeps the conversation alive without relying on the agent remembering.

The enquiry that arrives mid-open home

A buyer enquiry comes in while the agent is with another customer. By the time they respond, the buyer has already spoken to two other agents.

Fixable: An immediate acknowledgement and a proper follow-up process buys the agent time without pretending a robot is the agent.

Saturday night at the kitchen table

The week is over, but the vendor reports aren't. The agent spends Saturday night pulling together updates that already exist across the CRM, email and notes.

Fixable: Pull the information together automatically, then let the agent review it before it goes anywhere.

Start with a diagnosis, not a sales pitch

Starting with software is backwards. We can't recommend software until we've seen how the process actually works.

Automating a broken process just makes it break faster.

So we start with a Business Efficiency & Automation Review.

What you get

A 60 minute working session to understand how your business actually operates.

A written map of where time, leads and money are leaking.

The top 3-5 opportunities, ranked by what they're likely worth.

An honest estimate of the hours saved or revenue recovered, with the working shown.

What to do first, what can wait, and what isn't worth touching.

A 45–60 minute findings call to walk you through it.

The report is yours. If you want to implement it yourself or hand it to your existing IT provider, you can. Or build it yourself with us beside you. That's a Guided build.

How it works

01

A short call, no charge

Fifteen to twenty minutes. You tell us what's frustrating you. We tell you honestly whether a review is worth your money. Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so.

02

The working session

An hour and a half going through how work actually moves through your business. Not how it's supposed to work. How it works on a bad Tuesday.

03

The analysis

We map the current process, work out what each bottleneck is costing, and design what it should look like instead. Tools come last, once we know what the job is.

04

The findings

We walk you through what we found, in order of what it's worth. You decide what happens next. We build it for you, or you build it with us.

The six things we fix most often

Almost every review lands on at least one of these.

Lead follow-up

Make sure every enquiry is acknowledged and followed up consistently.

Inbox and enquiries

Reduce inbox noise and automate common responses.

Bookings and appointments

Simplify scheduling and reduce back and forth.

Quoting

Speed up quoting and remove repetitive work.

Marketing systems

Review requests, follow-ups and re-engagement that run off your CRM. We build the system thatsends it. The content comes from you or your marketing agency.

Reactivating your database

Turn past customers into future opportunities.

What it costs

The Business Efficiency & Automation Review is $990 plus GST.

If you go ahead with a Full build within 30 days, we credit the $990 against it. So if the review leads somewhere, the diagnosis effectively costs you nothing.

There are two ways to fix what we find. With a Full build, we build it for you, at a fixed price agreed before you commit. Most first projects land between $2,500 and $10,000. With a Guided build, you build it yourself with us beside you, from $1,000 a month plus GST. Think of it as a taxi versus driving lessons. See how the two compare.

Some things worth saying up front

Software costs are yours

Our fee covers our work: the analysis, the build, the testing, the training and the handover. Any software you end up needing is billed to you directly by the vendor, in your name, on your card. We'll tell you what it costs before you buy it.

Nothing switches off if you stop working with us

We don't hold your licences and we don't build things only we can maintain. If you decide to take it in-house or go elsewhere, the systems keep running and your staff know how they work.

Your data stays in systems you own

We don't move your customer information somewhere we control. It stays in your CRM, your email, your accounts.

Calls are recorded only with your agreement, used to prepare your review, and deleted afterwardsunless you ask us to keep them.

We won't automate everything

Some things should stay human. Complaints, pricing decisions, difficult conversations, anything legal or financial. We'll tell you where that line is, and we'd rather leave a task manual than hand it to software that might get it wrong occasionally.

Frequently asked questions

No. You need to understand your own business, which you already do. Our job is to translate between the two. If we ever explain something in a way that doesn't make sense, tell us and we'll try again.

It's normal, and it's usually where the opportunities are. We'd rather see the real thing than a tidied-up version. The mess is the information.

Probably not. The first question we ask is whether what you already pay for can do the job, because most of the time it can and nobody has set it up. We'll only recommend replacing something if there's a clear reason, and we'll explain it.

Then we'll tell you that, and you'll have a written map of your own processes and confirmation you're running well. It's rare, but it happens, and we'd rather say it than invent a project.

The working session is 60 to 90 minutes. You'll have the findings within about a week, and the review call is usually the week after. Implementation depends on what we're building.

Sydney. We work with businesses anywhere in Australia and most of it happens over video, which suits everyone's calendar better. If you're in Sydney and would rather do the working session in person, we can.

Tell us what's frustrating you

Fill this in and we'll come back to you the same business day. The first call is short, free, and has no pitch in it - we're working out whether this is worth doing for you.

We'll only use this to reply to you. No lists, no newsletters.
